At Enhanced, we offer award-winning customer support as well as training to keep clients updated with product and market changes that impact on their operations and processes. All part of our commitment to developing long-term, supportive relationships.
Our support helpdesk is there to help with everything from major issues to general hand-holding. We offer a dedicated support phone line and email address, with dedicated and trained team members ready to help immediately. We also provide remote support, allowing us to remotely access desktops and servers via the internet. This means we can take control, fix problems or update software.
Our training programmes are designed to help clients learn and develop the skills needed to use new systems or get the best out of existing business and accounting software.
We make sure you're fully aware of the capability of your operating systems and that they are used to their full advantage and making the most of your investment in IT systems. Training is on-going, and can include one-to-one sessions or classroom sessions where applicable.
