Recognising talent and investing in the future

Enhanced are featured in the January/February issue of The Bizmag discussing our passion for investing in what we feel is our most valuable asset, our people. Enhanced recognise the potential our people have and continually look for ways to develop their skills and knowledge. 

Realising potential, encouraging growth and respecting culture change is one of the most beneficial lessons a company can learn. Not only does Enhanced give our people the opportunity to grow but we also support and encourage them every step of the way.

Lena James, Finance Co-ordinator joined Enhanced in 2004 as a part time credit controller. Enhanced recognised Lena’s potential and encouraged her to take her AAT qualifications, which Enhanced fully funded. Lena has successfully passed her level 3 Diploma in accounting and she is currently studying to gain level 4 accreditation.

Laura Cox, HR & Talent Co-ordinator joined Enhanced as Reception Administrator and was extremely keen to develop within Enhanced. Laura has recently completed her Post graduate Diploma in Personnel Development.

Enhanced have an active and progressive Culture Committee made up of staff from differing areas of the business. They meet regularly to discuss the way Enhanced function and the difference a positive culture can make to the organisation. Enhanced are enthusiastic about establishing the company’s positioning and has a dedicated team who look at the way the company is perceived both internally and externally, within these meetings the team can make recommendations and proposals to enhance the profile of the company.
