Enhanced Expands Successful Apprenticeship Program into Solutions Division

Enhanced is proud to announce the expansion of our successful apprenticeship program into the solutions side of our business. Building on the achievements of our first apprentice, Dylan Smith, we’ve partnered with Bournemouth & Poole College to welcome two new apprentices for the upcoming academic year.

We’re excited to welcome Luke Brown as Solutions Support Apprentice and Zander Pickering as Infrastructure Support Apprentice to the Enhanced Team. Luke will primarily focus on learning the processes and steps in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects to clients. Zander will focus on Infrastructure support processes, investigating issues collecting performance statistics along with resolving 1st line support calls and service requests generated from our customer base or projects team.
