The Bournemouth English Book Centre (BEBC), formed in 1974, was Britain’s first specialist bookshop supplying books and aids for the teaching of English as a Foreign Language. BEBC supply schools, colleges, universities, teachers, teacher trainees and students in the UK, Europe and the Rest of World.

Now the UK’s largest stockist of English Language teaching materials (Books, CDs, DVDs) BEBC’s policy is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order.

THE CHALLENGE.

BEBC had long been struggling with cumbersome, highly modified and non-user friendly software. They wanted to make changes and introduce new processes to streamline and improve their growth and efficiency in a fast growing industry.
