What will you be doing?
You will develop and maintain long term strategic commercial relationships with clients of the business. You will be able to clearly identify clients’ needs and requirements to promote Enhanced solutions to generate new sales within the existing client base. You will achieve mutual satisfaction whilst increasing the value and product range with the client.
What skills and experience should you have?
- 3 years’ + experience in an account management or similar sales role, desirably in an IT environment.
- 3 years’ + experience in a B2B solutions sales role.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- It would be desirable for the successful candidate to be proficient with the products and/or services supplied by Enhanced. For example, Infrastructure services, Access Dimensions, Pegasus Opera, SugarCRM.
- Solid experience working with CRM software desirably, SugarCRM or similar.
- We are looking for a commercial individual who continually keeps in mind the bigger picture when taking actions or making decisions in a B2B environment. Must understand key business processes.
- Must be driven to succeed, target focused and show resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Experience of SPIN methodologies would be desirable.
- A networker who establishes relationships and maintains contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Must possess excellent communication and written skills.
- Must be confident using the Microsoft Office suite.
