Software Support Consultant
What will you be doing?
Working as part of our Software Solutions team, you will provide efficient support for a wide variety of systems, such as ERP, Finance and CRM. You will be responsible for handling support requests via email and telephone to ensure the technology is working effectively for clients, whilst delivering high-quality service.
What skills and experience should you have?
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar position, supporting various software solutions for clients. You will be a commercially minded individual who has an understanding of business process. You will have first-class communication skills via both telephone and email. A natural relationship builder who is passionate about providing a great customer experience. With this being such a varied role, you must have the ability to multi-task and the desire to learn.
Experience in working with or supporting an Accounts/ERP system is essential. An intermediate level of SQL skills is required to provide the level of analysis for troubleshooting (such as the ability to run traces, review SQL scripts, select and update queries, create indexes). You must also be familiar with methods and techniques for report writing and have experience with Crystal Reports or similar.
