About Enhanced

Candice joined Enhanced in June 2021 as a Solutions Consultant after pursuing a change in career.  With 15 years of experience within the Finance industry, Candice’s experience enables her to understand our client’s needs from the user’s point of view.

In her spare time, Candice loves going to the gym, paddle boarding and exploring new places.

Emma started her working life at a local Engineering company and after 11 years and on completion of her Business Studies degree, decided on a career change. She left to work at JP Morgan Chase where she worked as a Senior Technical Help Desk Analyst before moving into Problem Management. Whilst at JPM she was outsourced to IBM Professional Services.

Following a career break to raise her two lively boys, Emma returned to work and started at Enhanced in a Marketing role for 5 years before moving onto Client Support.

Responsible for implementing business software solutions in an accurate and timely manner. This role also includes taking a customers business needs and mapping them out into logical computer lead processes.

Phil previously worked within the manufacturing sector for a local electrical/electronics company for over 10 years in many different capacities from production through to material management. Joined Enhanced in November 1998 and has worn various different hats including support, training and account management.

His hobbies are mostly anything sport related and following Yeovil Town FC.

One of Enhanced’s longest serving people, his responsibilities lie in programming/development, second line support, consultancy, project management, and occasional training. Main past-times include cycling round quiet country lanes, working on the garden, Formula 1 and digital photography.

Responsible for the day to day management of the Business Solutions Support department. Paul has an NVQ in Business Administration and is AAT qualified.

His hobbies are spending time with his young family, ballroom dancing and socialising. You will often hear Paul singing his way through the day.

Laura has completed her Postgraduate CIPD Diploma in Personnel & Development which enables her to focus on the development of staff and make sure we are attracting the best talent to join Enhanced. Laura is passionate about continually developing her skills and experience whilst working in a varied HR role.

In her spare time, Laura loves to spend time with her husband, friends and family, enjoys cooking and loves to go on holiday.

Josie joined Enhanced in June 2019 as Customer Experience Manager. With 12 years previous experience in Business Solutions and Client Services, she is eager to support and advance our commitment to provide industry-leading customer experiences.

Josie is married and has one son, a two year old walking, talking whirlwind. She is enthusiastic about history and regularly explores heritage sites across the UK and has toured the battlefields in Europe.

As Chief Operating Officer I look to bring my years of extensive experience in IT , leadership, clarity in customer communication and listening to provide continuous improvement of efficiency, productivity and decisive action.

With a proven track record in overseeing all facets of a business operation I focus on communication, analytical evaluation and strategic planning with a style of a learning culture.
My leadership style is characterized by a commitment to collaboration, honesty, trust and focus on the outcome.
An ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives is key to Enhanced and our client’s growth and success.

Mike is married with two children and in his spare time likes to workout, go kayaking and cooking for friends and family.

James is motivated by his desire to deliver exceptional customer service and has a passion for ensuring Enhanced can provide best in class technologies to help support business growth.

He has a keen interest in sports and can often be found out on the golf course. As a football fan, he likes nothing more than getting to a game or supporting his favourite team, Man United.

Has worked in many sectors, from the leisure industry before finally making the move into finance. During this time he studied business management before joining Enhanced in 2001, initially in software training.

One of the founders of Enhanced in 1994, starting out as a Network Engineer. He then went into Sales & Operations in the late 90s and is unique in that he has actually experienced virtually every role in the company, hence in 2007 was appointed Managing Director.

Always been very sporty, ex semi-professional footballer and has run a 2:45 marathon. In 2013 he completed a stage of the Tour de France for charity including the legendary climb of l’Alpe d’Huez.

These days it’s just tennis and the occasional round of golf that interrupt his socialising with friends and spending time with his children!

Dionne’s previous roles have been in credit control and as a senior administrator for a number of years working for a high court enforcement office.

Dionne’s hobbies and interests are spending time with her friends and family and partner, shopping and socialising.

Bella has always been numbers mad and jumped into a finance department straight from school in 2015.

When she’s not balancing books, Bella loves to take long walks & talks with friends and spending time making her house a home.

A brummie lass who moved south in 2004 with her two children. Lena’s role involves maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers and managing cash control. She also oversees the preparation of financial statements, invoices, contracts etc as required.

Lena has gained MAAT status, having achieved her Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting.

Lena enjoys spending time with her family, but can also be seen in Bournemouth letting her hair down refusing to grow old gracefully.

Debbie is responsible for purchasing and general administration within the company.

As well as being a qualified hairdresser, she previously worked for 13 years in personnel for a multi-national corporation. Married with a daughter, Debbie enjoys shopping.

Sam joined Enhanced in October 2022 as an Infrastructure Engineer.

Sam has worked in the IT industry for over a decade, starting as an apprentice, and then moving through technician roles whilst working alongside small and large businesses across the United Kingdom. Sam is now working at Enhanced as an Infrastructure Systems Engineer.

Anthony joined Enhanced in August 2020 as Infrastructure Support Engineer.

His favourite part of the job is getting to help people out and make their lives a little easier. Anthony loves anything Gaming or Science-y related.

Thomas joined Enhanced in May 2022 as an Infrastructure Projects Engineer. Thomas started his IT career through an Apprenticeship and has worked closely with key figures in multi-national corporations.

Away from the office, Thomas likes to support Chelsea FC and keeps up to date with most sports!

Pete began his career as an apprentice at a local school and has built an impressive 14-year career in IT. During this time, he has held diverse roles across the education sector and MSPs. His extensive experience has given him a broad knowledge of IT support and project delivery.

In his spare time, Pete is involved with his local scout Activity Team, where he enjoys helping young people develop life skills through adventurous activities. He’s also a big fan of theatre trips and never misses an opportunity to enjoy a great show.

Neil began his IT career in 2013 at a local college, providing internal IT support. Since then, he has worked for MSPs, initially providing 3rd Line support before progressing into project consulting. As a consultant Neil designed and delivered both cloud and on-premises solutions. He has worked with enterprise-sized clients in the engineering and aerospace industries, delivering complex infrastructure projects. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, Neil has developed a well-rounded skill set for today’s ever changing IT environment.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending quality time with his family, surfing, training at the gym, playing the piano and embracing the great outdoors

George graduated from Bournemouth University in 2014 with a degree in Network Systems Management. George worked in internal IT and MSP roles before joining Enhanced in 2023 as an infrastructure engineer.

Nigel graduated from Bournemouth University in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Communication Systems. During his placement year, Nigel worked as a network engineer, and joined Enhanced in July 2010 as a Helpdesk Engineer.

He is enjoying working with like minded people and helping customers. As a farmer’s son, he still enjoys spending his spare time helping out on the farm and with his wife and children.

Adam started his IT career in 2018. Prior to working for Enhanced, he worked for local businesses and global MSP’s, delivering support, projects and solutions. Most recently Adam worked in the defence industry which spiked a professional interest in cybersecurity.

Outside of IT Adam enjoys camping, cooking and socialising with friends and family as much as he can.

Dan began his career with a college apprenticeship, which opened the door to a range of roles in the IT industry. Over the course of more than eight years, he has gained experience in positions such as internal help desk support for a bank, systems support, and data center engineering.

In his spare time. Dan enjoys spending time with his daughter, dining out, chilling in with a good series, occasional gaming, snooker and follows UFC.

Carl joined Enhanced in July 2019 as Infrastructure Support Manager.

Carl began his career in IT in 2008 and has held various roles from 1st to 3rd line as well as Technical Consultant and Senior Engineer for Europe’s professional golf tours.

When not working, Carl loves spending time with his wife and son while other interests include, gardening, baking and running.

Andy began as an Electrical Engineer and transitioned into IT through CNC systems. With nearly 40 years in IT, he has adapted to many technological changes.

He has worked across Europe in various sectors, designing and implementing complex solutions for clients like the UK government, banking, education, healthcare, defence, manufacturing, food production, and aerospace.

Andy excels in understanding technology architecture, enabling him to design robust cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions tailored to customer needs.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys the gym, going for walks, and traveling with his family.

Jonathan joined Enhanced in 2011 and has spent his career to date, in a variety of IT roles. He looks after a large number of our infrastructure clients, is involved in the day-to-day running of the infrastructure department and is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.

Interests include playing guitar, gaming and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Lewis is an experienced sales executive with a decade of experience working for major IT solutions providers. With a strong technical understanding he can consult businesses on how to better utilise IT investment to meet key business goals.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking for his family and has a passion for music.

Luke has always had an interest in business and technology. He decided to combine the two after finishing his degree at Bournemouth University by joining the Enhanced team in October 2022.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys gaming, building Lego and watching the F1 with friends.

Alex joined Enhanced in January 2016 as Marketing Assistant.

Alex co-ordinates all marketing activity and manages our social media channels, campaigns, website and content.

Oliver has worked as an IT Service Desk Engineer for multiple global MSPs.  His experience with working on the technology will be key when helping you make decisions and more importantly avoid potential issues.

In his spare time, Oliver enjoys playing football, going on beach walks and weekends away.

Abi has a background in website development & marketing and is passionate about creating captivating content whilst supporting business growth through marketing strategies.

In her spare time, Abi enjoys playing video games with friends. You can often find her down the beach, longboarding along the promenade.

David joined Enhanced in January 2012.

David Has worked in IT for over 15 years, When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys swimming, indoor bowls, walking and sitting in the sunshine.

Luke started his career in college doing IT level 3 and is starting his apprenticeship with Enhanced. With his growing knowledge, he is learning to help support the team and clients.

In his spare time, Luke plays competitive games, listens to music, and likes spending time with his friends and family.

I started my IT endeavours at college and from there moved into the beginning of my IT career as an apprentice at the RNLI – I have around 5 years in IT and previously worked in a Law firm.

In my spare time I play football 3-4 times a week and love going out on days out with my family.

Jon started his IT career over a decade ago as an apprentice and has since worked in a variety of global and national businesses providing support. Jon is now working at Enhanced as an Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys PC gaming and hardware as well as having a keen interest in international politics and human rights. He’s also a fan of anything sci fi and enjoys films, TV and a good book.

Kieran started his IT career working onsite at a veterinary hospital back in 2018, before this he worked in retail for over 15 years. Kieran studied Computer Electronics and Software at College and from a young age has always had a screwdriver in his hand, taking apart computers and all things electrical.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kieran either in the gym or spending time with family and friends.

Zan joined Enhanced in September 2024 as an Apprentice Infrastructure Support Engineer, bringing two years of IT studies from Bournemouth College with him. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, socialising with friends, and gaming.

Throughout his time as an Infrastructure Support Engineer, Ashley has worked with small IT teams as well as for global corporate MSPs. This has allowed Ashley to understand both small and complex issues and resolve them accordingly.

Ashley enjoys spending time with his family, walking, cycling, swimming and has started learning the fine art of golf.

Dylan joined Enhanced in May 2023 as an apprentice Infrastructure Support Engineer, previously partaking in courses involving Media Studies and Sports.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with family and friends. Enjoying all sports, Dylan is very active but is a huge football fan.

Tiina started her career as an ERP software consultant in Estonia. She decided to take a break after five years in the business to do some travelling and found the UK to be a wonderful place to settle down in. Tiina has worked with a few different software packages and is AAT Level 2 trained.

In her spare time she enjoys anything even remotely related to dancing, going to live music gigs, spending time with friends and family and exploring England’s vast countryside.

Josh started his career with college and an apprenticeship, leading to a wide range of knowledge around basic and more complex fixes, growing over time with 10 years of experience in IT.

In his spare time, Josh is a dedicated long-term gamer and has been known to be a bit of a bookworm and geek.

Bailey began his career straight after college, around eight years ago, and has been working with NAV/BC ever since. His experience gives him a deep understanding of the system, both from an end-user perspective and behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys gaming, cooking, and taking long walks to unwind.
