What will you be doing?

Providing a professional and timely support service to Enhanced Infrastructure clients. The job holder will maintain key Infrastructure support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. You will be working with end-users, alongside the team and liaising with third parties, as appropriate.

What will an average day look like?

The primary objective of this role will be communicating via the telephone to log, manage and resolve 1^st and 2^nd line support calls generated from our customer base or projects team. These calls may come directly from answering the phone and email or from colleagues in the Infrastructure teams. There will be occasional involvement in internal project work and onsite support visits.

What skills and experience should you have?

The job holder will have at least 2 years’ experience, ideally within another IT reseller. You will have been exposed to a variety of technology but demonstrate an outstanding knowledge of Office 365 administration including exchange online and Azure active directory. You will have worked with physical and virtual servers and have strong demonstrable skills working with server issues.

Alongside these key areas, you will have an understanding of key networking principles and have experience troubleshooting Firewalls, back up technologies and desktop support. This role requires somebody who is an excellent problem solver, can communicate at all levels in a business and demonstrates a commercial awareness in the day-to-day delivery of the role. You will have passion and desire to deliver excellent customer service and a commitment to your own development.
