Care South is a leading provider of residential and home care across the South of England offering high quality, innovative care that can be adapted to suit individual needs.
THE CHALLENGE.
All Care South’s servers were installed in a data centre and managed by a third party. The challenge was to bring the servers back in house while retaining the high level of availability required of their computer network. The nature of their business meant that their computer servers need to be continually operable with constant availability of access to sensitive and critical data.
THE SOLUTION.
After a full system audit, and working closely with Care South, Enhanced recommended a two phase project. The first phase to bring their existing equipment in house, the second phase to provide a fully virtualised server environment with disaster recovery hosted at the offices of Enhanced.
