Letchers Solicitors has an impressive history. The firm was originally founded in 1825 and was branded as Letchers Solicitors in 2005.
Based in Ringwood, Hampshire, Letchers Solicitors continues to provide legal services for both individuals and businesses across not only Hampshire, Dorset and the South West but also London and the whole of the United Kingdom. The firm prides itself on having attracted experienced lawyers from across the United Kingdom who have brought with them not only experience and knowledge but established client and professional contacts in those areas. The firm is able to offer the knowledge and experience gained by their legal experts locally and at local rates.
THE CHALLENGE.
Enhanced started working with Letchers in 2013. The main issue they found was that the company were working with outdated, unreliable equipment which needed a complete refresh to give them a far more robust platform. Security of information needed to be addressed as a matter of priority. The current systems were losing the company valuable time and hindering the growth of the company.
THE SOLUTION.
Within the last 3 years, Enhanced have totally replaced and installed the latest infrastructure and security systems bringing the company’s IT hardware right up to date. This included installing a new server, ESET Antivirus, WatchGuard Firewall and Symantec Email Security Cloud. To ensure the smooth running and continued guidance of their IT, Enhanced introduced a service support contract.
THE RESULTS.
As a result of the work and partnership between the two parties, Letchers now have a totally up-to-date and reliable hardware platform with greatly improved performance. The issue of security has been totally addressed giving the company and their clients first class protection. The introduction of the new equipment has assisted the infrastructure with their new practise management software.
