Thank you to our customers

I would genuinely like to say “thank you” to all of our customers. Why? Because they make my job an absolute pleasure!

I have been working on support at Enhanced for nearly 2 years, and during my time I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful customers, who I can honestly say I have grown to really like. Writing this blog has given me the opportunity to say thank you to each and every one of you.

Everyone is an individual and our support department has always aimed to treat our customers on a more personal level than the normal service standards would require. I’m so glad I have the time to go the “extra mile” because it is so much fun to get to know you all!

I’d like to emphasise that there is no such thing as a stupid question – no one was born with a keyboard in their hands. The systems Enhanced provide are big and complicated, so even I don’t know every last little detail. Sometimes I figure out the answer together with the caller – a win-win situation where both parties learn something.

I am lucky enough to have been trained by, and work with, Paul Warwick, who is every customer’s favourite and I can see why. He listens, really cares, has tremendous knowledge and offers complete reassurance to everyone he works with. His joyful attitude is infectious and I don’t even mind his singing. Well, perhaps only the song choices sometimes. I welcome you to give him some better song ideas!

So what are the qualities needed to do my job and be involved with an award-winning customer service team? You need to stay calm, LISTEN, offer solutions, enjoy working with people and love what you do.

I come to work every day with a smile on my face knowing that not only do I work with a great team, but that I am going to help some amazing customers who will make my day happy, rewarding and purposeful.

So to all our customers out there, “Thank you” for making me smile!
