Enhanced sponsor inspiring youngster
Posted on 31 July 2013
William Grassby is a very special young man. Diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome when he was thirteen, William has just successfully completed a BA degree course in 3D Design, a major achievement. He has had tremendous support throughout his education and now wants to raise money to help and support others.
As a keen distance road cyclist, William has always had an ambition to complete the Lands End to John O’Groats “End to End” route. After much research he has chosen to ride in support of the charity Action Medical Research for children.
The charity was founded in 1952 and early research funded by the charity helped to develop the first oral polio vaccine. Since the charity was founded it has been saving and changing lives through medical research and have spent over £100m, funding some of the most amazing breakthroughs.
William will take part in the cycle rid on 16th August 2013. The team at Enhanced are delighted to be able to sponsor him and wish him the very best of luck.
