We’re pleased to announce we have further expanded our IT service offering. This has seen the appointment of many new roles within the business.

The new roles will allow Enhanced to deliver an even more comprehensive service. We can now focus on the expansion of our proactive services and onsite IT support capabilities.

Sam Dickerson, Infrastructure System Engineer, will take on a proactive role. He ensures that all customer systems are running smoothly. This new role focuses on maintaining the health of clients systems. Through monitoring and analysing systems, we can ensure potential issues are remediated before the client’s affected.

With the outsourcing of IT services becoming more popular, Enhanced are delighted to offer a complete service. This is an ideal solution for clients who are used to having a permanent onsite IT presence. To achieve this, Enhanced has expanded the engineering team through the appointment of Steven Hopkins. Steve will work first hand with clients, giving them quick access to onsite IT support and technical expertise.

The Infrastructure team has expanded to accommodate the increased business growth. This has been done by extending our support hours as a direct result of customer demand.
