Enhanced Unifies Service Offerings to Deliver Complete IT Solutions for Dorset & Hampshire

Published: 12th March 2025

We are excited to announce a transformative change in our business structure, designed to deliver an even more comprehensive and seamless experience for our clients.

Historically, we have operated through two siloes: Infrastructure, specialising in IT support, cyber security, and cloud; and Solutions, focusing on Business Central ERP, CRM, and workflow automation. While both have excelled independently, we recognise that our clients need a more integrated approach to their technology.

In response to this, we are unifying our Infrastructure and Solutions departments into a single, cohesive operation. This strategic merger will create a true one-stop shop for all IT and business system needs, enabling our clients to access our full range of expertise.

The involves:

  • Merging our Support teams so that our existing specialist 24/7 Infrastructure Support team and our Solutions Architects and Support Engineers can see the bigger picture and identify ways to not only resolve issues in the now but also add longer-term value to our customers with pre-emptive and proactive improvements. We get to know our customers and act as a partner, and the key to this is understanding how their businesses operate; the bigger picture. This team merge enables our support teams to respond quickly to requests but also move to more macro value-add thinking, supporting our mantra of technology for better business performance.
  • Streamlining and consolidating our service delivery, rather than treating Infrastructure and Solutions projects as separate deliveries.
  • Moving to one helpdesk for our customers, rather than two. Part of our mantra is making IT easy for our customers, and this change generally streamlines their ability to interact with us.
  • Offering specialist Accounting & Inventory Management System services to our Infrastructure clients, as we expand out our Solutions offerings from complex Tailored ERP to also provide core pre-set packages on fixed timescales for those businesses looking to implement foundational systems, quickly.
This unification comes at an exciting time of growth and innovation at Enhanced. We are delighted to announce the promotion of Mike Blunden to Chief Operating Officer. In his new role as COO, Mike will oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring we maintain our high standards of service delivery while driving forward our integrated approach.

Alongside these structural changes, we are introducing pre-configured Business Central packages, making Microsoft’s powerful ERP solution more accessible to businesses of all sizes. These carefully designed packages will help our clients establish robust financial management systems, supporting their growth and commercial success from day one. Our aim here is to make all our services available and applicable to all our clients, to truly cater for all IT needs.

“This transformation represents a significant step forward in our mission to be the South’s premier technology partner,” says James Cripps, CEO of Enhanced. “By bringing together our Infrastructure and Solutions expertise, we’re not just simplifying how clients work with us – we’re streamlining our ability to deliver comprehensive, innovative solutions that drive real business value. We’re making IT even easier for our clients.”

The unified Enhanced will continue to serve businesses throughout Dorset, Hampshire and the surrounding counties with the same commitment to excellence that has defined our company for thirty years, now with an even stronger capability to support all our clients’ complete technology journeys.
