Enhanced welcome three new starters

We are delighted to welcome three new starters to our team at Enhanced; Alison Whittle, Carl Whatford and Matthew Paba. We are excited to see what their fantastic experience will bring to the team and are sure they will add even more expertise and dedication to our exceptional IT services.

Alison Whittle

Alison is our new Solutions Support Consultant and has over 20 years’ experience working in the IT industry, which all began with an Accounting Software House implementing, project managing, training and supporting back office systems into building societies and banks. Following a year spent living in Spain, Alison joined a leading estate agent and property services group where she built a successful data and reporting team merging together over a whopping 25 systems. She also boasts experience as a Finance Manager where she effectively improved a warehouse accounting system. Alison will focus on providing both proactive and reactive support to our customers whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience at each touch point.

Matthew Paba

With more than 25 years of experience as a Management Accountant and Fintech Systems Developer, Matthew is a welcome addition to our Business Solutions team. His extensive experience has seen him consulting in a number of different sectors including financial services, banking, energy, holiday villages and marine construction. As with the rest of the team at Enhanced, Matthew is passionate about making sure expectations are not only met but exceeded through both individual and team-based projects.

Carl Whatford

Our new Infrastructure Support Manager, Carl, began his IT career in 2008 and has extensive experience in a range of different roles from 1st to 3rd Line. Carl has also previously worked as a Technical Consultant and Senior Engineer for Europe’s professional golf tours meaning he brings a wealth of knowledge. Carl will manage and develop the Infrastructure Support team to further enhance their skills.
