National Fitness Day

To celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 23rd September, we’re hosting a series of 5 minute challenges, hourly for our people.

Many of the team have found exercise beneficial throughout lockdown, not only for their physical health but also for their mental health. We’d like to continue promoting these benefits, whether their in the office or working from home.

Take a look at our schedule for the day:

9am – Plank

10am – Lunge walk

11am – Wall sit

12pm – Press ups/Sit up

1pm – Active lunch break

2pm – Squats

3pm – Steps

4pm –Meditation
