Ashley Delph

Ashley began his IT career after completing two ICT diplomas, which led to a 1st line support role at a small local MSP. With further training and experience, he progressed to a 2nd line position at an international MSP, where he worked closely with one of the UK’s largest strawberry distributors—managing their IT infrastructure both in the UK and across Europe.

Before transitioning into IT, Ashley spent several years as a personal trainer. The soft skills he developed during that time, particularly empathy and communication, have proven invaluable in his interactions with customers, allowing him to connect with and support them effectively.

Outside of work, Ashley loves watching sports, movies and spending quality time with his family.
