THE CHALLENGE.
Enhanced have worked with Shentons since 2001 and are one of Enhanced’s most loyal customers. To prepare Shentons for the required new practice management software, in July 2016 Enhanced needed to ensure they had in place the latest infrastructure to ensure all systems were compatible and ran smoothly.
THE SOLUTION.
The Firm’s server hardware was brought up-to-date, including a virtualised server infrastructure. A remote desktop solution was included giving several users remote access, something they did not have proper provision for before. To ensure the smooth running and continued guidance of their IT, Shentons have a remote network support contract with Enhanced.
THE RESULTS.
As a result of the work and partnership between the two parties, Shentons now have a totally up-to-date and reliable hardware platform with improved performance & robust infrastructure. The introduction of the new equipment enabled Shentons to move forward with their new practice management software.
