The theatre offers a wonderful variety of entertainment throughout the year. The Theatre Royal Bath is a charity that has 150 employees on their books, some full time, some part time and some casual workers; they have a healthy turnover across the 3 companies.
THE CHALLENGE.
The primary reason for changing accounting system was simply that their current solution was not able to provide them with enough functionality, budgeting or reporting that the company required to manage the business. They needed to justify work in progress, provide tighter budgets and wanted to focus more on using some form of office integration to free up time of the accounts staff when it came to working with purchase orders and timesheets.
