Josie joined Enhanced in June 2019 as Customer Experience Manager. With 12 years previous experience in Business Solutions and Client Services, she is eager to support and advance our commitment to provide industry-leading customer experiences.

Josie is married and has one son, a two year old walking, talking whirlwind. She is enthusiastic about history and regularly explores heritage sites across the UK and has toured the battlefields in Europe.
